British Championship test event

Super-8 champions Warrington Wolves and Scottish champions Livingston go head-to-head on 3 June in a battle to be crowned Britain’s best men’s handball team.

The match is a British Championship test event, but will be keenly contested as both sides look to add the title to their respective league and cup doubles.

This year there is a men’s match only as a mutually convenient date could not be agreed for a women’s trial match.

However, the British Championship for women and men is expected to become a regular event and part of the official competition structure from next season - providing a pathway to European Qualification as Great Britain representatives.

The match at Oldham Leisure Centre throws off at 15.00. Entry is free.
