Jason Lee has stepped down as Independent Board member of the British Handball Association due to family health issues.
Jason had been overseeing the performance aspect of British Handball’s activities, and was Chair of the BHA Performance Group. As a former Olympic hockey player and coach, he brought a wealth of experience to the group and had been a very active member of the Board.
British Handball Chairman Paul Bray commented “We are naturally very sad to see Jason Lee leave the board, not only because of the great contribution he has made to the sport over the past year, but also the circumstances. We wish him and his family well”.
Recruitment will now begin to find a new Independent Board member.
