British Handball appoints new Board Director

The British Handball Association has appointed Anna Garside as Director (Performance) to its Board.

Anna is currently Head of Performance for British Showjumping, where she previously held the role of Strategic Lead for talent. She has also held key performance roles with Leeds Rhinos Rugby League Club and Loughborough Lightning Superleague Netball Club.

Commenting on the appointment BHA Chairman Paul Bray said “We are delighted to welcome Anna onto the Board. She comes with extensive experience of managing talent pathways and developing funding applications, which will be a great benefit for British Handball as we embark on our UK Sport funding application process for the upcoming Olympic cycles”.
