Three GB men’s squads will be training alongside each other this weekend in Nottingham. Some 60 players from the GB senior, U21 and U19 squads will come together in the Midlands for their respective training camps. The squads will take turns training at the Sutton Bonnington sports hall.

The GB senior men’s team is preparing for the upcoming IHF Emerging Nations tournament in June in Bulgaria, under interim Head Coach Ricardo Vasconcelos.

The GB U21 team is going through a transition and with several players currently included in the senior squad or unavailable, this is an opportunity for Head coach Ricardo Vasconcelos and assistant coaches Chris McDermott and Allan Stokes to trial some new players.

Meanwhile the GB U19 team is preparing for an international tournament in Nordhorn, Germany, under Head Coach Mark Hawkins, as part of their longer-term plans for the U20 2018 European Championship.
