The GB U19 Women’s team are in Ikast, Denmark, this weekend for a training camp and two friendly matches against local host side IKast FS Handbold.

The team are preparing for the F19 European Championship in July in Bulgaria. They have one final training camp in June in Slovakia before the trip to Bulgaria.

GB U19 Women’s Head Coach Bill Baillie said: “We are looking forward to using these two games to assess where we are tactically and get a good impression of where the players are at. With five players making their debuts it’s a chance to fight for the final places in the 16 player squad for the EHF Championship in Bulgaria in July. We would like to thank our hosts ISI for their hospitality and support”.
