Head Coach John Pearce says:

"The squad have worked well throughout the year, and now it is a great time to test the group against international competition. All our GB National Teams have been in action. With GB Mens U20's putting in some great results and the senior team competing internationally earlier this month. Alongside the Female U19/F17's, and the Female Senior squads all in action over the last few months, it is brilliant to see British Handball's national teams in full action since Covid-19.

Since London 2012 Olympics and the cut in funding post Games, we now have picked up, we receive the UK Sport NSSF pot, and are in a far stronger position than we have ever been thanks to the hard work of the players and volunteers within the sport."
