We are thrilled to confirm that Great Britain's U20's Men's Head Coach has successfully gained his EHF Master Coach Pro License.

Compromising of three modules, the course is delivered in a blended system and focuses on the holistic development of the handball player, supporting coaches in their journeys, with subjects ranging from broader pedagogical concepts like Coaching Philosophy, Leadership and Management, Psychology, communication, etc, to more specific subjects like Video Analysis, Periodisation, and Technical and Tactical Development of players and squads.

Zoran joins an impressive group of coaches within British Handball to have obtained their Master Coach Pro License.

These include:

  • Senior Men's Head Coach: Ricardo Vasconcelos
  • Senior Women's Coach: Mark Hawkins
  • BHA Consultant and EHA EPA Coach: João Castro

Senior Men's Head Coach Ricardo says; “I would like to congratulate Zoran in this amazing achievement. He is an excellent coach, extremely knowledgeable and hard-working, and we are very lucky to have him with us! Zoran becomes the 4th Coach in the current GB set up to achieve this qualification, and I hope this will be the norm in future years. This is another area that shows the sustained development of our programmes. Our ability to succeed will also be inherently connected to the desire and opportunities for the development of our coaching workforce, and we are taking important steps on this front as well.”
